Refund policy

Our orders ship from Amazon fulfillment centers, and returns go back to Amazon. Please don't send anything to our Las Vegas address: we will send you the return address or label.

1. Our 14-day money-back guarantee

If you are not happy with your Suture Practice Kit, return it within 14 days of delivery and we will refund the full price you paid for it, plus the standard shipping charge.

Send back the complete kit: suture pad, instruments, scalpel blades, storage case and any unused thread packets. Opened and used kits are accepted.
Return shipping is at your cost, unless the kit is faulty, damaged or not what you ordered (see section 4).
We refund to your original payment method within 14 days of receiving the kit back (for customers in the EU and UK, see section 2).
Orders from schools, universities and other organizations: unopened kits only, within 14 days of delivery.

2. Your right to withdraw (customers in the EU and the UK)

If you live in the European Union or the United Kingdom, you also have a legal right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days without giving any reason. Our guarantee in section 1 never gives you less than this right.

The 14 days start on the day you, or someone you name other than the carrier, receive the goods. If an order arrives in several parcels, they start when the last one arrives.
To withdraw, tell us clearly before the 14 days end: use "Withdraw from a purchase" at the bottom of our website, email us, or use the optional form below.
We refund all payments received from you, including the standard delivery cost (but not extra costs if you chose a faster delivery), within 14 days of the day we receive your withdrawal. We may wait until we have received the goods back or you have shown proof that you sent them, whichever is earlier. We use the same payment method you used, and you pay no fees for the refund.
Send the goods back within 14 days of telling us, to the address in our return instructions. You pay the direct cost of returning them.
By law you could be charged for a loss in value caused by handling the goods more than needed to check them. Under our money-back guarantee we don't make this charge, as long as the complete kit comes back.

3. How to return or cancel

Within 14 days of delivery, use "Withdraw from a purchase" at the bottom of every page, or email hello@medicalcreations.com with your name and order number. We confirm by email, with the date and time we received it, and send return instructions within 2 business days.
Pack the complete kit and send it to the address, or with the label, in our instructions. Keep the proof of postage.
We refund as described above and email you when it is done.

Changed your mind before your order ships? Contact us at once: if it hasn't left the warehouse, we cancel it and refund everything.

4. Faulty, damaged or wrong items

If your kit arrives damaged or faulty, or isn't what you ordered, email us with your order number and a photo. We will replace it or refund it in full, including all shipping costs, and you won't pay to send it back. This is in addition to your legal rights, for example the legal guarantee of conformity in the EU (at least 2 years) and your statutory rights in the UK.

For customers in Australia: Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.

5. Textbooks

Our textbooks are sold by Amazon. Returns follow the policy of the Amazon store you bought from.

6. Your rights

Nothing in this policy limits the rights you have under the consumer laws of your country, province or state.

Optional cancellation form (EU and UK customers)

You don't need this form: an email to hello@medicalcreations.com saying you want to cancel your order is enough. EU and UK law requires us to include it, with the wording set by law below. "Withdraw from the contract" simply means cancelling your purchase.
